With just a day left for Summerslam, from SportsFast we got you the last minute update predictions subsequent undergoing of so many follow-ups and discussions. We have clearly mentioned WHO & WHY will win the matches, let’s get right into the predictions.
1. B-Team to go undefeated.
Ever since the brand split, some star who ever left out were shining. Since the day Miztourage disbanded Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel is getting a considerable amount of push defeating Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. Who are extremely super opponents for the B-Team.
This time around at Summerslam 2018, they are facing new opponents, The Revival. Revival didn’t get a single push since their debut on the main roster, same as the Authors of Pain. WWE is not considering the tag team division instead converging on the Women’s revolution.
Will Revival get a push..? Not this time may be…
Winner – The B-Team
2. Andrade Cien Almas to start his shine.
Rusev didn’t yet come out of the trollmatic Rusev day character which literally is spoiling his Ravishing Russian (LOL) gimmick. One the other hand Andrade Cien Almas didn’t have any worthy PPV matches. Well, this may be one. As this is a mixed-tag team match we can’t expect Lana and Vega to work that much. Almas and Rusev caries the match.
Winner – Andrade Cien Almas and Vega.
3. Demon King vs Constable Corbin
This is the one and only match which I feel should be taken off the card. It is exactly like a RAW filler match and shame on WWE for having this on the card of the main PPV of Summer.
Winner – Finn Balor.
4. Daniel Bryan vs The Miz
Daniel Bryan and The Miz developed heat ever since Summerslam 2010. Where Daniel Bryan made his PPV debut by replacing the eagerly waiting Miz for Team WWE. Daniel Bryan was victorious that night because of John Cena.
This year is exactly like the suppressed version of their feud. But there can only be a winner and this time, its the Air Goat.
Winner – Daniel Bryan.
5. No title change, United States Championship.
Shinsuke squashed the charismatic enigma to win the United States Championship. Randy Orton would return and turn heel by attacking Jeff Hardy at Extreme Rules. The Apex Predator already continuously assaulted Jeff Hardy in past episodes of Smackdown live.
Randy Orton will be somehow utilized in this match and under the hood, it will be beneficial for Shinsuke retaining.
Winner – Shinsuke Nakamura
6. Time for a change.
Cedric Alexander defeated Mustafa Ali at Wrestlemania 34, to become the Cruiserweight champion. 205 ratings are on top and no complaints on Alexander. He has been a better champ, yes of course better than Brock Lesnar.
This time around, Drew Gulak will be winning the match. According to the rumors, this match will be short than the Wrestlemania’s CW Title match.
Winner – Drew Gulak
7. Flair dominates.
Charlotte Flair has been making history since the day she debuted. Becky Lynch is only getting shots but never won a title since she lost to Alexa Bliss. Carmella is currently on the morning of her career as she successfully cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase and retained her title.
Charlotte Flair for the win for sure. As a fan, I seriously want Becky Lynch to win as there is no point in making Charlotte as the champ again or else making Carmella run as the champ for next coming days. Flair will be regaining her title at Summerslam, mark our words.
Winner – Charlotte Flair
8. SD Live Tag Team Championship
We all know that the New Day is holding the record for the longest tag team championship reign. As this is a big PPV and I was sure that WWE could once again hand over the title to the New Day but guess what. WWE has been promoting Bludgeon brothers as dominant tag team division since the start of 2018, one single match can’t spoil this wholesome promotion.
In the long run, The Bar will be getting a title shot and in that match, I can predict The Bar for the win. Let’s just hope for now.
Winners – The Bludgeon Brothers.
9. Screwing Braun Strowman – Pushing Kevin Owens!
Braun Strowman is currently holding a special privilege. Where he can cash in his contract for a championship match at anytime, anywhere and on anyone.
We have seen superstars defending their MITB briefcases. In the case of Mr. Kennedy, he lost it to Edge. The stipulations where “If Strowman is counted out or disqualified, he would drop his Money in the Bank briefcase” gives the exact answer that who will be the winner.
Winner – Kevin Owens
10. Seth Rollins vs Dolph Ziggler
After a fantastic match at Extreme Rules, which I would rate as the recent best match just after Styles vs Cena, they are up for one more match. This time with an added spice, called as Dean Ambrose with his new look.
Ambrose and McIntrye will be constantly involved in this match and this match will not change anything. Ziggler will be the champ and Rollins will win the match. Yes, the title will not change hands.
Winner – Seth Rollins via DQ
11. Ronda Rousey vs. Alexa Bliss
Nia Jax will be missing Summerslam, will that affect the show? Hell no… Ronda Rousey vs Nia Jax was horrible, Alexa cashed in and added the glow to the match!
Alexa vs Ronda, who will win? Vince fancies part-timers but I hope Ronda won’t be a part-timer. Ronda Rousey has delivered a great match at Wrestlemania and at Summerslam this will not only steal hearts but also our love for women’s wrestling. Sad about Alexa losing though 🙁
Winner – Ronda Rousey
12. Samoa Joe beats AJ Styles
AJ Styles won his WWE Championship again Jinder Mahal before Survivor Series 2017. Till then he defeated so many superstars and defended his title in all situations.
On the other hand, we have never seen Joe holding a championship belt at the main roster of WWE. Will this PPV change the history? This match is one of the trickiest matches to predict. SportsFast team predicts Samoa Joe, but we liked to go with AJ Styles too. 51% on Joe and 49% on AJ Styles, so here we go.
Winner – Samoa Joe
13. Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns
Brock Lesnar, what a weary part-timer he has been. WWE is screwing the best wrestlers who made history. Just like CM Punk, who had 434 title reign which will be remembered for ages.
Brock Lesnar never had a RAW match. Hardly show up on RAW. Never defend his title properly, just defends it when he wants too. Certified Part-timer!
On the other hand, we have Roman Reigns. Who lost considerable matches back in 2017. Lost to Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 34 and lost to Brock Lesnar at GGR controversially. Some people just hate Roman Reigns, just to show and prove them they are Wrestling experts. This is completely wrong and you should not just hate Roman Reigns just because he ruined Daniel Bryan’s rumble or getting a push for no reason.
Roman Reigns will be a way better champ than Brock Lesnar plus Lesnar is busy with his MMA career and UFC promotions. Time for the Roman Empire!
Winner – Roman Reigns
Therefore, that is it for over predictions. We have collected so many information as I mentioned earlier. Summerslam 2018 will be a good show hopefully if everything goes right. That was a long prediction with 13 matches on the card.
